Thoughtful Materials & Design
The exterior showcases James Hardie board and batten siding paired with a black standing seam metal roof, offering a striking contrast that’s both modern and durable. Stepping inside you’re greeted by a vaulted ceiling in the main living area and massive windows that flood the space with natural light, making every day feel bright and airy. Kahrs White Oak flooring provides warmth and texture.

Striking Accents & Bold Statements
To ground the design, we introduced accents of matte black from Kohler’s Purist line and DalTile’s Assembly line. These touches bring a contemporary edge to the otherwise calm palette, creating moments of contrast that draw the eye and add visual interest.
