Stone Ridge Custom Home Build

Set in the woods of Stone Ridge, this project transformed an aging one-story ranch into a striking modern retreat. Designed as a weekend home, the new structure rises with dramatic 34-foot ceilings and an open, contemporary layout supported by concealed steel beams.

Timber handled the entire process—from demolition through final punch list—executing every phase of the build with precision. Because the original hardscape and landscape were to remain untouched, our team worked carefully around existing site features while managing the demands of a tall, technically complex structure.

The result is a clean, modern home that feels expansive, light-filled, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
