Working within a historic village setting, we carefully planned each element—from re-routing plumbing and heating to selecting custom cabinetry and premium finishes.

   • Maximized Cabinet Space: By re-routing the plumbing and heating lines, we gained additional room for storage and ensured the cabinetry layout was both efficient and visually pleasing.

   • Modern Infrastructure: Upgrading the mechanicals beneath the surface allowed us to future-proof the kitchen while preserving the home’s historic charm.

2. Custom Rift-Cut White Oak Cabinetry

   • Shaker-Style Doors: The sleek rail and stile detailing adds a refined touch to the warm tones of the rift-cut White Oak.

   • Crown Molding & Under-Cabinet Lighting: These finishing touches not only enhance the cabinetry’s appearance but also improve task lighting and create a more polished, cohesive look.

3. Enhanced Natural Light

   • New Casement Window: Installing a larger window floods the kitchen with daylight, creating a brighter, more inviting atmosphere. The natural light plays off the wood grain of the cabinets and highlights the stone surfaces.
