• Painted Cabinets & Crown Molding:
  The homeowners wanted a traditional look, so we installed painted cabinetry with crown molding to frame the space. Paired with neutral tile backsplash and granite countertops, the kitchen exudes a classic elegance.

• Reconfigured Layout:
  We reorganized the existing kitchen to improve storage and workflow. Modern appliances fit seamlessly into the design, while ample countertop space provides a functional hub for both cooking and entertaining.

Master Bath: From Gutted to Glamorous

• Full Gut & Reworking:
  We completely stripped the old bathroom to make room for a double vanity, a tiled shower floor, and updated fixtures. This fresh layout optimizes space and comfort.

• Frameless Glass & Rain Panel:
  A frameless glass enclosure with a single rain panel lends a sleek, open feel. Underfoot, a pebble-like floor adds texture, while the large-format wall tiles keep the look bright and cohesive.

First-Floor Remodel & Four-Seasons Room

• Refinished Douglas Fir Floors:
  Preserving and refinishing the original Dug Fir flooring was a key element, adding warmth and character to the newly remodeled spaces.

• Screened-In Porch Conversion:
  We framed in the existing porch to create a fully enclosed four-seasons room, capturing stunning lake views year-round. This space seamlessly integrates with the rest of the home, expanding the living area and bringing the outdoors in.
