A ground-up accessory dwelling set quietly into the woods of Stone Ridge. Designed and built in-house, the structure pairs a simple, asymmetric gable with warm clear cedar siding and a galvanized standing seam roof — a pared-down silhouette meant to weather gracefully with its setting. Inside, polished concrete floors and a compact kitchenette keep the footprint efficient without feeling spare.

Every system was built new from the ground up, including septic and water treatment, so the ADU stands fully independent on the site.
